Peter Lam
Prosthetist - Prosthetic Department
Peter was born and raised in Sydney, NSW, where he also attended primary and high school. He began his dental career in 2006 at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Peter completed his Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Technology in 2008 and began furthering his tertiary education with a Masters of Dental Technology in Dental Prosthetics in 2009. Whilst undertaking his Masters degree, he worked alongside Apex Dental Laboratories enabling him to further his knowledge and skills in dental technology. Graduating from his Masters in 2010, he continued to work with Apex full time in 2011. During this time, he undertook a position at Griffith University as a tutor and academic, teaching Dental Materials.
After gaining a thorough understanding of dental technology, Peter moved back to Sydney, NSW in 2012 to pursue a clinical career as a Dental Prosthetist, working solely with nursing homes all over NSW. Peter learnt how to treat and manage a wide variety of patients including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and those in pallative care.
After attaining a great deal of experience in clinical dental prosthetics working alongside nursing homes, Peter opened up a dental clinic, in 2014 in western suburbs of Sydney, which provided both general and prosthetic dental services. During this time he worked closely with dentists giving him a more complete understanding of dentistry in general.
In 2016, he moved to Perth to continue to his pursuit of providing the highest quality of dental prosthetic care and treatment.

Taylor Wright
Oral Health Therapist
With a warm smile and a caramel iced latte in hand, Taylor Wright brings heart, humour, and a whole lot of passion to her role as an Oral Health Therapist at Everwell Dental.
After six years working as a dental nurse, Taylor followed her dream and graduated from Curtin University as an Oral Health Therapist. Now, she’s living that dream every day—supporting patients of all ages on their journey to better oral health. She has a special gift for easing nerves and making each appointment feel personal, comfortable, and even enjoyable (yes, really!).
Whether it’s working with patients who are a little anxious or tailoring care to suit unique needs, Taylor takes pride in building trust and making people feel seen and heard. Behind the scenes, she’s a creative soul—into arts and crafts, karaoke, and once even sang in a band!
Her go-to mantra? “Be kind always—you never know what battles people are facing.”
It’s this kindness, combined with her talent and dedication, that makes Taylor such a treasured part of the Everwell Dental team.

Olivia Bond
Treatment Coordinator
Meet Olivia, one of the warm and welcoming faces that make Everwell Dental feel like home. With a background far from dentistry and a past in competitive dance, Olivia brings grace, energy, and heart to everything she does.
What she loves most? Watching patients’ confidence grow as they journey through their treatment. Olivia knows firsthand what it’s like to be a nervous patient—so she’s passionate about creating a calm, reassuring space for others. From her caramel latte mornings (even if she’s not quite a morning person!) to catching up with patients during follow-ups, Olivia’s warmth and sincerity shine through.
Outside the clinic, Olivia’s a self-declared foodie who’s always down for trying new cuisines or soaking up the sunset on a beach walk.
Her philosophy? Do good and good will come back to you—and she lives that every day in the way she supports her team and our patients.

Lisa Proctor
Treatment Coordinator
Lisa brings warmth, wisdom, and a big heart to Everwell Dental as one of our longest-standing team members. Whether it’s a child’s first dental visit or a familiar patient she’s known for years, Lisa finds joy in every moment of the journey. Her passion lies in making people feel seen, heard, and supported—always with a welcoming smile and a calming cup of tea close by.
With a background rooted in care and a lifelong love for animals, Lisa originally aspired to be a vet, but found her true calling in the connections she builds with people each day. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her beachcombing with her daughter and dog, redecorating her home, or—if you’re lucky—performing “Hot Cross Buns” on the recorder… through her nose (yes, really!).
Her personal mantra? “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass—it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” And Lisa? She’s been dancing through it all with grace, laughter, and shortbread in hand.

Elizabeth “Liz” Smith-Jones
Lead Clinical Coordinator
Meet Liz—our Lead Clinical Coordinator, early bird, garden enthusiast, and all-around ray of sunshine at Everwell Dental.
Each day, she’s up at 5:00 a.m. (yes, by choice), beginning with morning prayers, a bit of exercise while waiting for the kettle to boil, and a lovingly packed lunch. She’s often the first to arrive—well before her rostered time—setting up the surgery, checking protocols, and prepping trays for the whole team. Why? Because she believes a smooth day starts with a calm morning and a cup of Yorkshire tea (with milk, of course).
Liz finds joy in the little things—like seeing a once-anxious patient leave the surgery with a proud smile or helping someone finally feel safe in the chair. She listens with empathy, reassures with heart, and always has time for a nervous hand to hold or a fellow DA who needs a helping hand.
If she weren’t in dentistry, Liz would be traveling the world as a flight attendant (childhood dream!), but luckily for us, the skies’ loss is Everwell’s gain. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her crocheting, gardening, or nose-deep in a book, surrounded by the quiet peace of nature. Her “hidden talent”? Being a fantastic listener and (surprisingly) dreaming of one day trying her hand at farming!
And if you’re ever in need of a pick-me-up, just ask Liz about her life mantra: “Do good deeds every day. Not everyone sees what you do, but God does. Always go the extra mile.”
It’s how she lives—and it’s why we love her so much.

Liesna Erlina
Meet Liesna – Clinical Assistant at Everwell Dental
Since moving to Australia, Everwell Dental has been my first professional home — and I couldn’t be more grateful. I studied Dental Assisting in 2019, completed my placement with Everwell, and have been part of the family ever since. As a mum to a young child, I’m especially thankful for the supportive and family-friendly environment we have here.
One of my proudest moments is seeing patients who once feared the dentist leave with big smiles — and the confidence to keep coming back for care they once avoided. My favourite way to help is by making sure every patient feels relaxed, cared for, and comfortable — while helping our dentists deliver smooth, seamless treatments.
When I’m not in scrubs, you’ll usually find me happily lost in the kitchen cooking for my family (sometimes even at 5am!) or showing off my secret dog grooming skills. My mornings start early — a quiet 4:30am coffee is my special ritual before the busy day begins.
If life had taken a different turn, I might have become a teacher’s assistant — but I’m so glad it led me to Everwell Dental instead. Every day, I live by a simple motto: “I’m not the best one, but I always try my best.” And that’s exactly the spirit I bring to every patient I meet.

Logan Kent
Meet Logan Kent – Apprentice Dental Technician
Logan is our hands-on creator behind the scenes, turning skill and precision into devices that change lives. Whether he’s perfecting a splint or chasing the perfect FFFA—fit, form, function, and aesthetics—you’ll find Logan bringing passion and purpose to every case.
A proud TAFE graduate, Logan’s favourite part of dentistry is using his hands and heart to make a difference. When he’s not in the lab, you might catch him blasting rock music, 3D printing his next cool creation, or brushing up on his German (yes, he’s self-taught!).
His mornings kick off with a solid breakfast, a bit of exercise, and an iced chocolate in hand. And if you asked what he’d be doing if not for dentistry? “Probably FIFO like my dad—or something techy.” Either way, he’s right where he belongs at Everwell, living by his favourite motto: “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.”
